Use

With the foodigence seed pad, you can easily grow your own portioned seeds into microgreens:
Remove the seed pad from the foil bag.
Carefully rinse the seed pad once under cold running water. (Don't worry if a few seeds come loose, the pad is still covered with plenty of tasty seeds).
Then place the pad on a plate (with a rim) or in a shallow bowl and soak the seed pad so that it is well soaked and has absorbed the water well.
Place it in a warm place, e.g. on the windowsill, but not in direct sunlight.
As long as the seeds are sprouting and germinating, it is best to cover them to keep the moisture in and darken them.
Now moisturize regularly for 8 to 14 days (1-2 times a day or as required). The best way to do this is with a spray bottle of fresh water.
Depending on the location, water and season, microgreens take their time. With a little patience, you can see the progress every day and look forward to your harvest.
Tip: If you want to enjoy your harvest, you can also store the pad in a tin in the fridge - use it up quickly.
Cut off microgreens, rinse and enjoy
